We are pleased to be able to offer this unique country farm, known locally as a finca. The finca is situated in the southwest region of Tenerife, below the main highway, and just 8-10 minutes drive to Playa de la Arena & Puerto Santiago, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, and a choice of beautiful beaches. Offering just under 60,000 m2 of land, located in a stunning, peaceful valley below Guia de Isora and only 300m above sea level. The views are simply breathtaking. There is a long private driveway to reach the gated entrance to the finca, with a very spacious car porch on arrival, that could easily be converted into additional accommodation with its natural stone walls creating a feature. There is a wide walkway that leads up to the main house passing a large terrace area and pergola, which is a great space for entertaining. The house has an open plan kitchen, lounge, and island breakfast bar where the family can socialise in an open space with amazing views out to sea, and the other islands in the distance. There are two cosy bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in wardrobe and views out to the valley form a private terrace. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, which again enjoys views out to the various fruit trees. There is also a second bathroom with walk in shower. At the back of the house there is access to a spacious roof terrace where you can enjoy the summer evenings and sunsets. In addition to the family home, you will find a stone building which houses the washing machine, dryer and gas operated boiler. The solar equipment is also located in this room, and provides electricity to the whole farm and its buildings. An automated irrigation system takes care of the greenery & vast array of fruit trees, including lemon, lime, avocado, fig, pomegranate, peach, guava, mango and finger lime trees, not forgetting the banana and pepper plants. Above the stone building is a small pool area that can be developed further.

Towards the very top of the finca you will find the 473m2 reservoir ‘ESTANQUE’ which holds 1,180 cubic meters of water and where a mini oasis could be recreated overlooking the valley.

There are several areas within the grounds to develop, such as independent cabin style out houses or stables. With pathways and tracks around the finca every part of the land is accessible. There is also the possibility to apply for an export licence, as the finca is marked as ‘agriculturo intensivo’.
